I have a Latitude 10 which came with windows 7 pro and the wireless worked perfectly fine but I stupidly upgraded the tablet to windows 8 pro and now it is telling me that there is no supported wireless card installed.
Also I try to reduce as much as possible the brightnes to the minimal 22 but the problem persist and the experiance is not adecuate due the brightness of the two monitors are not equal.

My name is Steven Gill and I purchased a Studio XPS 1640, for use in college. The course that I am enrolled in requires a computer, but due to ongoing problems with my computer I have not been able to use it as needed.
I spoke to a rep via phone named Saritha. She was a little snappy. I asked her last week if there was a delay due to waiting on parts to come in. She refused to answer my question and was extremely vague. Two days later I called in and spoke to a very nice rep by phone.
