I have a new Dell Inspiron5721 and tried to compose my first document. Only now do I realize that it does not come with MS Word installed. In fact does it have any word processor? I could live with Word Pad but I can't find it in the program files. Is there any pre-installed word processor?

OK,below is a conversation between dell customer service,a supervisor and I.This is pretty much self explanatory for the reason I refuse to buy anything from dell again!!!I suggest if you buy a dell don't expect to get anywhere with customer support or service for any issues that you may have!!!!

My n5110 was working okay but then one fine day the windows mobility center started popping up automatically...however, i searched for a solution and was able to disable it but then a new problem arose - notebook keeps tyng the letter "x"...

and when it finally loaded like to the main page, i opened google but i didn't have internet. which was weird to me because the other 2 laptops were working fine except mine.

I have a Alienware M18x with GTX 580M in SLI (2 cards) purchased around November 2011. In the past i have faced black screen freeze issue, which when happens hangs up the laptop, and I couldn't do anything except a Hard Reset.

HI, Im having a problem where when I hook an Xbox 360,Ps3,TV box/anything into the HDMI input of my M17x. I get a broken image with the bottom 3/4 of the image on the top, a grey line about 2 inches below center screen all the way from left to right edge of screen and then top 1/4 of image below it.
