I have an Inspiron One 2305 and it doesn't wake from sleep (sometimes). I set all power management to completely disable any trace of sleep mode, but it goes to sleep anyway and doesn't wake up--I have to do about 5 hard resets per week. Is there any solution?

My hard drive recently crashed in my Alienware X51 desktop computer. It was replaced, Windows 7 and all of the drivers have been installed onto the new hard drive. My problem is that now the eject button for the CD drive does not function anymore.

I have an Inspiron 17R laptop, purchased new two weeks ago, that now will not boot. It powers on, briefly shows the Dell screen, then the screen goes to blue. I have run the hardware diagnostics and it shows no problems or error messages. Pressing F8 does nothing.

I believe I've ruled out any problems with my internet connection to my home and with my internet connection through my wi-fi as other internet/wi-fi devices in my home are not have this problem at all (e.g., a MAC laptop, an iPad, a Roku-TV device).
