Dell Vostro 260 won't boot I have a Dell Vostro 260 with Windows 7 that will not boot. I will get a blank screen with a blinking cursor after a Dell vostro 260 startup screen. I am able to press F12 during that screen and the diagnostics all pass the test. 5/18/2013 (Latest Version)
