FWIW.... when I called technical support, the person was knowledgeable, pleasant, and genuinely interested in trying to help. Not much he could do though... He transferred me to Customer Support, who also wanted me to be happy, but could only transfer me to a sales associate.
So heres what's going on. I have been trying to install Ubuntu and Windows 8 in EFI boot loader and dual booting them. So after I install both, I launched EasyBcd, but it shows up 11 options. Note that I have legacy compatibility on. Here's the info
