| The issue has been isolated to incompatibility with Dell Diagnostics after the 5.1.1-0040 (A05) firmware upgrade to the PERC5/i or PERC5/e. The failure occurs on all SATA hard drives in the system. The issue is not seen on SAS hard drives. 16/05/2013 (Latest Version) | (Troubleshooting) |
