I had some issues with with my computer a week or two ago and had to format and reinstall windows 7 x64. I did that and I believe installed all the drivers i needed from this site. But ive noticed that when ever I try to install something that then needs to patch the whole computer locks up.

I click START >Shutdown and have to wait and wait forever (3-5minutes) for the final prompt to either restart/shutdown/log off.Its is real annoying. I am using a 2007(bios) Latitude Dell 520 laptop (purchased second hand).

After facing issues with my laptop, I have done re installed windows 7. All seems to be ok, but I can't access WiFi. Nothing at all shows up in Network and Sharing Center, the only options I get is to connect using an cable. There are no WiFi options at all.

I have a Inspiron 1501 laptop on which I currently run Visa 32 bit. I'm wanting to upgrade to 64 bit Window's 7 when it comes out. The processor can handle 64 bit as its a AMD 64 X2. I do however wish to upgrade my memory.

Thus far, I've been end to end with it, with Oracle - and at this point they are saying it's up to Dell to help qualify the array and make it work with Solaris 10/11. Thanks. --z

So I dug my old Latitude D630 out from the attic, turned it on, and it still works, and it actually connected to my router! However, only the wireless connects, not the wired connection. When I plug an ethernet cable in, the computer does not recognize the cable, and tells me a cable is unplugged...

Hello, I have had close to 8 service calls , 4 tech visits and still 2 weeks later a DEAD LAPTOP and was promised a exchange but today foulnd out they lied to me. I even sent it in to the Dell Depot for repairs only to have it sent back with more issues. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM DELL HELP ME.

I’m running the same Win7 system that was running on the old motherboard. Everything seems to work fine and I’ve been using the system for a couple of months now. I’ve been connecting to the internet wirelessly.

I have a Dell 530s and am having an issue with my system & video cards that feature HDMI. I have the most recent BIOS update installed [1.0.18]. All is good, except when I attempt to use HDMI. I have tried every which way to successfully use the HDMI feature.

Because we can't remember our Wireless Router Password, I pushed the reset button on the router and lost my Internet connection. Have a Dell Inspiron 7010, and in trying to reinstall the router with CD, can't find the wireless switch on my computer.
