	Dell Latitude 10 cursor hangs on bottom of screen making it unusable The cursor randomly hangs on the lower edge of the screen. It flashes and blinks and occasionally acts like it is right clicking. When this happens it won't register a touch anywhere else on the screen. I can push the power button to put it to sleep and wake it up immediately and it works again. 24/05/2013 (Latest Version)
