I have an Inspiron 17R laptop, purchased new two weeks ago, that now will not boot. It powers on, briefly shows the Dell screen, then the screen goes to blue. I have run the hardware diagnostics and it shows no problems or error messages. Pressing F8 does nothing.

My AlienWare 51 continues to reboot after being logged into the OS for 5 minutes. I purshased a new PSU, a new MotherBoard(same model as the one that comes with the X51) I puled each Graphic Card one at a time, same with the RAM. I even re-installed the OS.

I would like to upgrade this great desktop with an SSD. What are my options? I believe that the latest SATA standard is SATA III but I know this is not compatible with the 9150. Could I gain a SATA III port by adding a PCI card and get the full benefit?

Take a look at a sniplet from show tech-support (look at the end). It clearly shows no stuff for the second unit. Also in the web interface it shows no stuff for second unit. At the power area it even says ERROR.

My hard drive recently crashed in my Alienware X51 desktop computer. It was replaced, Windows 7 and all of the drivers have been installed onto the new hard drive. My problem is that now the eject button for the CD drive does not function anymore.
