My AlienWare 51 continues to reboot after being logged into the OS for 5 minutes. I purshased a new PSU, a new MotherBoard(same model as the one that comes with the X51) I puled each Graphic Card one at a time, same with the RAM. I even re-installed the OS.

To rule out any hardware failure, we can test the functionality of the webcam using PC Checkup available as a part of Dell Support Center software. If installed, it should be found under Start->All Programs->Dell Support Center. Click PC Checkup under Dell support Center.

I received me lemon of a laptop from you in August 2011. It was refurbished and was shipped dead on arrival. You gave me in home sevice and they had to replace the motherboard. One of the USB ports has not worked since then. Since day 1 I have always had problems booting.
