Oddly enough it seems that the track pad/mouse pointer stops working when the screen is black. e.g. during the time the screen is black the pointer on the screen doesn't move. I thought it might be related to the back light on the keyboard or the touch buttons.
There are specific requirements like .Net Framework. Everytime I have seen this error with any product, it is because you are running and older version of a required prerequisite, or you are behind on Microsoft updates. The prerequisite checker should have brought this to your attention.
I would like to upgrade my RAM but i dont know how much my mainboard supports. Its a Dell 0NJT03 board. I would like too know what speeds and sizes does it support as well as what brands of DIMMS am i looking at?
