I am seeking assistance with my Inspiron 1090 (Duo). Upon boot-up, I am receiving a message box that reads, "Windows detected hard disk problem Hitachi HTS723232A7A364 Volume : C:\"
We have an old serial port device that will not communicate with it's software properly on an Optiplex 790/7010 running Windows 7 (Enterprise x64). On a Optiplex 755 running Windows 7 (enterprise x64) it works fine.
When my laptop is turned on watching a video and I start charging it, it will most likely say "plugged in, not charging" and give me a message about getting a Dell 45W charger (I am using the official charger that came with the laptop).
