When my laptop is turned on watching a video and I start charging it, it will most likely say "plugged in, not charging" and give me a message about getting a Dell 45W charger (I am using the official charger that came with the laptop).

I purchased a new laptop dell n 5110 almost an year ago. Until i I installed my newly purchased windows 8 x64 enterprise and used it but after installation and upgrade my bios version to n11. my system worked great but unfortunately i was unable to use my 3.0 port... please help me

To rule out any hardware failure, we can test the functionality of the webcam using PC Checkup available as a part of Dell Support Center software. If installed, it should be found under Start->All Programs->Dell Support Center. Click PC Checkup under Dell support Center.
