Some flashing horizontal lines appears after I turn on the PC. Not all the time, but have seen this twice now. Similar to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2BMLE5w5fo It fades away after 5 to 10 minutes when it happens.
What is the best way to get action from Dell instead of emails with multiple useless apologies? I am so tired reading about how sorry they are and not giving me straight answer, I also have to wait multiple days for answers.
I contacted Dell support in February about a replacement screen for a XPS 14Z since it was out of warranty by 1 week I needed to order a new one. I asked for a refurbished screen but was told that Australian Law would not allow that, I checked later and was told that this is not the case.
