My laptop screen keeps turning white and sometimes flashes before shutting down. This began after approximately one year of purchase and has continued ever since. Last year it was away being repaired under an insurance policy more often than it was in use.
Once and a while, after come back from the suspension, my screen stays black and blinking without stop, the only way to get everything back to normal is turning off the notebook and turning on again.
I have been on hold for over an hour. And I have been sent to three different people only to be placed on hold. What is the problem??? They lie when they say that they are experiencing unusual call volumn. It is like this any time I have ever had to call Hire more people or make a better

The DP/N 0GK2X6 (Dell Part number) you have posted can be used to verify the functional description of the part and it shows your system has 6 Cell Dell battery. Thank You
I have a Inspiron 1501 laptop on which I currently run Visa 32 bit. I'm wanting to upgrade to 64 bit Window's 7 when it comes out. The processor can handle 64 bit as its a AMD 64 X2. I do however wish to upgrade my memory.
My laptop has suddenly stopped charging, it was fine when I went to work but when I came home nothing. The blue light at the plug on the charger is lit and when I plug it into the laptop the white charging light directly above the charge port flashes.
Hi guys, Thanks for reading this in advance. I've been stuck with this problem for a long time now and I haven't gotten the right answer yet. I ordered a Dell xps 15 last year, maxed out performance: I7 2670qm processor, Nvidia 540m video card and 8 gigs of Ram.
I know this is a pretty old machine by now, but I found the optiplex 170L in a garage sale for $50 and thought that it was a goodish deal. I got a graphics/video card (nVidia GeForce 6200 and i have no clue how to install it.
To make a long story short I had to replace the mother board on my Aurora (R1 I think). I'm rather confident that I put everything back in the right place, my PC turned on and loaded after all. Now my system fan runs all crazy. It ramps up to 4000 rpm for no reason then back down.
I've been looking around for graphics options for my N7110 and most of the posts I've seen mention that there is a NVIDIA graphics card along with the integrated card. I've looked around and I haven't been able to install any drivers for an NVIDIA graphics card on my system.
