I just had my samsung 320Gb hard disk sata disk which went dead on me and have now lost all my data. I have now installed a new drive and tried to restore my OS to original factory settings with my disks which I created around two years ago.
I've recently bought a Dell Inspiron 660 running Windows 8 which has been working well. However, in the last week, it's been randomly switching to just a black screen and no keys / mouse etc have any effect. The only solution is to reboot, which works.
I bought dell XPS L502x with Intel centrino wireless N 1000 a year ago. I havn't had any problem with the wifi until the last 3 months. I get access to internet but it's slow and sometimes doesn't open websites. I have another computer that works perfectly with the same router.
for inspiron 15 3521-8275 bios is flashed to a06, i have tried the latest driver from dell site, version 9.2.0.504, installation is okay, but i can not connect to any access point. is there any wireless driver for windows7 64 bit that is actually working? thanx in advance, dejan
1. Uninstall the realtekHD Audio drive and again install it from Dell support site. After taht the headset worked but once i restrat my system same problem again occur. 2. Restrat the system keeping the headset connected to the jack.
The right hinge of my Inspiron 14z N411z has become loose after one year of use. I can feel the right hinge moving with a click sound when shutting the screen cover down. How can I have the problem fixed? Can I DIY? Unfortunately the warranty expired just a month ago.

I have a Dell Vostro 3550 which has worked fine until today. I decided to install Windows 8, installed Amd drivers and it installs everything apart from the display driver. Error message: Driver Install: the driver package does not specify a hardware identifier
my lap decided to get stuck at startup right before the desktop appeared, I was advised by the it people at my company to have the windows 7 renstalled now that its done, my pc works but its like a brick. very simple graphics, does not recognize any network (cable or wifi) and so on
I have a Latitude ST128 which the previous owner had installed windows 8 over the win 7, while 8 was on there I was able to use the tablet as a camera and take photos, but since taking windows 8 of and reinstalling windows 7 professional I cannot find how to take photos with the tab.
