I have completely wiped my computer and started fresh, and re installed the touchpad driver and I have tried to go into the properties through the control panel and notification bar, and none of them open. I suspect it's compatibility issues, but I'm not the most technical person around.
Non-RAID is NOT possible with the PERC 6/i. Non-RAID is only possible with the SAS 6/iR controller for the 1950, which is a much lower-end controller. If you want the disks to be made available separately on a PERC, you must configure each as a single-disk RAID 0.
Hello, I am having similar problems like this user is having in this link: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/p/19465965/20185627.aspx My USB 3.0 ports are not working with any USB, but my 2.0 port is working correctly.
The issue could be due to an application or a driver as the system runs properly in Safe Mode and with services disabled in Normal Mode. Vostro 430 supports DDR3-1333MHz PC3-10600 modules and the Crucial modules seems to be compatible as per the information provided on their website.
I am using Dell Inspiron 15R. My wireless adapter is Dell Wireless 1702 802.11b/g/n. I am having issues regarding network speed. My drivers are up-to-date.

So I'm really frustrated right now. The wifi on my mother's Inspiron laptop just suddenly stopped working the other day and I've been trying to fix the problem for her since she is not very tech savvy. I have tried so many things and nothing is working.
I've gotten a virus and am looking into wiping the hard drive to erase it. If I could somehow keep Windows XP after the formatting, that would be what I want, because I have no XP disk to reinstall it with. Is there anyone who knows whether this is possible, and if so, how to do it?
I've got 9 12G servers all with iDRAC7 Enterprise. I'm also running OME 1.1.6063 and I'm having a difficult time understanding why some machines will inventory and some won't. I configured a Discovery Range as all my iDRACs are in the same subnet.
So if i have missed sumthing here pls enlighten me also i havent installed vlc or wutever sound mods so i didnt blow it up infact i dont think i ever even made my sound volume goto 100.
