I just was given a Dell V715W wireless all in one printer as a gift. I got it home downloaded the drivers and installed it. All worked fine except when I try to copy something I get a message saying "Unrecoverable scan error".
My laptop will not shut down. everytime I shut it down it automatically starts bacl up with in seconds. I see tthe screen Dell media direct pop up then it goes to windows start up. Please help if you can Mario
