Dell - Search - For Work

	Reinstall Windows 8 or Install windows 7 HM I am having problems trying to boot my Inspiron. It came with windows 8 preinstalled, I tried to downgrade to windows 7 home premium but I couldn't. Then I tried to reinstall windows 8 but I couln't either. How can I install one or the other?. I have both windows 8 and 7 CDs. Thanks. 6/19/2013 (Latest Version)

	Setting up a second hand Dell 968 All-in-one Printer My manager recently bought a new printer and she has given me her old Dell 968. I'm interested to learn people's opinions regarding the following. - I do not have the original Driver and Utilities CD that would have come with the printer. 6/19/2013 (Latest Version)

	Openmanage Essentials with iDRAC7 - some servers don't inventory but some do I've got 9 12G servers all with iDRAC7 Enterprise. I'm also running OME 1.1.6063 and I'm having a difficult time understanding why some machines will inventory and some won't. I configured a Discovery Range as all my iDRACs are in the same subnet. 6/19/2013 (Latest Version)
