I had the same issue. I launched the CD with my device drivers on it and installed the Dell ControlPoint Security Device Driver Pack and it took care of it.

Download the driver from www.dell.com/.../latitude-e6430 Install it and your Broadcom USH w/swipe sensor will be installed ;-) I'm also running Win8 X64 on a Latitude E6430 and this driver solved the BroadCom USH issue Big Smile Regards

If you ever come across this mysterious device that isn’t part of the Dell Latitude E6500 laptops but appears to be missing (with a yellow warning sign next to it) in the Device Manager.

Where on earth are these drivers??? I have gone to Dell's site and downloaded all drivers available for win 7 64 bit, even installed 32 bit in frustration and found the same driver is not available on Dell's site...for either one!

Here's a thing. My Latitude XT2 tablet is running Windows 7 x64. I have installed all drivers and fingerprint swipe sensor does show up in device manager, but windows does not recognize it as such. I guess it requires DELL ControlPoint Security...

Thank you, this problem was driving me crazy, I'm glad I checked this forum. It also solved yellow exclamation symbols on the Mobile Intel (R) 4 Series Expres Chipset Family under the Display adapters!

like the title says, I'm looking for the drivers/software used by Windows 7 32 bit OS to manage fingerprint logon and the drivers/software for the GSM Modem built into the laptop, please help me, I've been searching for these for a week and can't find them. Thanks
