Just inherited this computer. It's loaded with viruses, ransomware, etc. Don't have any of the CDs that came with it and won't put it on my LAN until I know it's clean. I do have an original XP Home Edition install CD I used to install XP on a Mac Pro running BootCamp.

I have xps 15 with ssd 32gb drive . The system can recognize this ssd via bios but in Disc Management written that disc is unallocated . Is it OK or not ? Is my system using this disc or not ?? Thanks in advance !

I've recently bought an Inspiron 15Z 5523 (Win 8) and started experiencing ghost clicks on the touch screen (primarily on the left side of the screen). Once it starts happening, it pretty much makes it impossible to use the laptop since it starts to click/zoom/scroll randomly continuously.

Hello. I just used my laptop last night. I had no issues with it and it shut down correctly. But when I got up this morning, I was unable to to turn it on. I checked the battery and it appears to be dead.

Okay, so I got my Inspiron 1525 about 1 year ago, it was used. But in excellent condition so the buying was not a problem. My charger started to break so i bought another charger off ebay.

I've registered my system with Dell. I've gone to My Download Locker and Dell Webcam Central isn't there. I can use my webcam with yahoo and skype, but Dell Webcam Central isn't in my list of programs on my laptop for some reason.

Hello, I have had close to 8 service calls , 4 tech visits and still 2 weeks later a DEAD LAPTOP and was promised a exchange but today foulnd out they lied to me. I even sent it in to the Dell Depot for repairs only to have it sent back with more issues. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM DELL HELP ME.

Input works great for the first couple of mouse clicks, and then the pointer will move but no clicks are registered. Can not click start menu, Cannot Close windows, Cannot click desktop icons. Keyboard navigation works perfectly.
