I am having a similar problem with horizontal black lines as described in http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3529/t/19502072.aspx . I can't get that - or the latest driver from AMD website (13.1 dated 1/17/13) to install. The installer runs, it just does not detect the HD7570 and does not update any drivers. 1) Can one use the touchscreen to enter a pin in pre-boot?
