I bought a Alienware x51 desktop last year (around march of 2012). The desktop has been crashing around feb of 2013, the warranty was about to expire and i extended the warranty by one year to be on the safer side. In the past week the computer has been crashing daily and is currently unusable. 5/25/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

My sons R3 Aurora's multiplier continues to drop to 8 rather than 32. As a result he's getting very slow speeds and performance. He is running A06 Bios. We have tried various bios settings, however we can't get it to work correctly. Any thoughts? 5/25/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

I have an Inspiron 7520 and uninstalled and reinstalled the new version of Dell Backup and Recovery Manager -- upgraded to premium to make sure that I would have full ability to use the program. Note: the old version didn't work at all -- hung up on backup, etc. I have rebooted. 5/25/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

AlienFX launches fine and I can see the green icon in the notification area, but trying a quick change for the led panels or going trough the Command Center has no effect. After a while a balloon pops up from the notification area saying that AlienFX could not communicate with the hardware. 5/25/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

I have an Inspiron 560 that reboots almost every time it launches Windows Explorer (both Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer will cause my computer to reboot). I've search everywhere online and most posts I've read said it was either the power supply or virus/malware. 5/25/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 which previously allowed me to select which programs use the dedicated Graphics Card and the Intel HD Graphics card. Now, I cannot seem to configure these options and it looks like the Raedon Graphics Card is not being recognised. 5/25/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |
