Hard drive warranty My dell warranty has expired back in January, but after searching around the web i believe that it is possible that the hard drive is still under manufactures warranty. i have done an online check with seagate but its has asked me to go back to to dell as it is an oem purchased drive. 5/19/2013 (Latest Version)


Windows 8 Dell Backup and Recovery Manager doesn't work I have an Inspiron 7520 and uninstalled and reinstalled the new version of Dell Backup and Recovery Manager -- upgraded to premium to make sure that I would have full ability to use the program. Note: the old version didn't work at all -- hung up on backup, etc. I have rebooted. 5/19/2013 (Latest Version)


Must Restore of XPS 410 Just inherited this computer. It's loaded with viruses, ransomware, etc. Don't have any of the CDs that came with it and won't put it on my LAN until I know it's clean. I do have an original XP Home Edition install CD I used to install XP on a Mac Pro running BootCamp. 5/19/2013 (Latest Version)
