I just got the xps m1330 and I have had no success with it. I got it to read one time but it was not a clean scan. Mostly it just does nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
What I have found is stick with the one that ships with the machine. I am not going to install the update again. Seemed to render the scanner useless. Also, if you lick your finger and blot it dry on your clothes before you scan, it scans 99% perfect every time. Go figure?
I just got my XPS out of the box and it's never managed a 'good' scan, I just assumed it was utter junk. What driver do you recommend? В
I have. I guess each one is different. Purell hand sanitizer also makes scanning work fine too.
