This problem only started today. I was trying to download a file using Firefox, nothing unusual there, but as I was doing so volume display symbol, i.e. the one that appears when using Fn F11 or F12, kept appearing and flickering.

I have had this Inspiron N5030 for a little over a year. The entire time I've owned it, the "o" key intermitantly pops off. It used to pop back on easily, until it stopped going back on altogether. Now the "m" key isn't working properly.

My laptop has caught a virus so I want to reformat it (I think that is the correct description...?) - there is nothing on it that I need to keep. When I did it with a PC I used a CD but I didnt get one with the laptop or at least I cant find it. So can I buy a new reformat CD? I looked but can see.

The screen is streaked and a little lighter on the top 2/3. The darker the page contact the more pronounced the streaking will be. At times the text is obsecured. Can anyone tell me what I did? Did the screen crack? Did I fry the graphic part of the proccessor? Thanks for the help.

I've been trying to download the drivers listed in the webpage, but no matter how I try (single download or using the download manager) I always get the message "Sorry, the requested file could not be downloaded." Where or when can I get the right drivers?

I have the XPS 12 Ultrabook. I would like to get a cable to run from the laptop to my TV's HDMI port. Should I go with USB 3.0 to HDMI or use the other port on the laptop, which I'm not sure what it is, the manual just calls it video port. Is it a DVI? Thanks

I can NOT change the refresh rate and resolution for my dell inspiron 1420. I checked my dell manual, and the video controller is said to be 8600M GS. I downloaded the latest driver: 310.33beta from NVIDIA. and refreshed the bios to A10.
