I've had my laptop for about a week now and the touch screen has stopped working last night. The last time I used it I turned it on sleep mode, then when I came back home, it wasn't working anymore. I tried calibrating it and running the troubleshooter, but nothing has helped.

My problem would be that my screen sometimes goes bad, meaning that coloured lines appear and vibrate all over the screen, this time the laptop freeses and the only solution is to turn it off and hope that it will restart.

I have a small problem with my laptop. I formatted the installed Windows 7 and installed a totally new version of Windows 7 64 bits, which required me to re-install the drivers definitions all over again...so far so good and everything is working properly even the Quick Set buttons.

I have Dell PowerVault MD 3000i. I have free capacity available from two different disk groups. Both disk groups are having the same RAID level. Is it possible to combine the free capacity from these two groups? Thanks.

1st, make sure that your screen orientation lock is not on. You can find that at the top of the screen. Then try going into Display, Screen Resolution, and making sure the box is checked to allow/ not allow screen orientation. This should alleviate the issue.

I have a Dell Inspiron and have had it for a year. Over the past week, when I have been using the computer it stops responding and I am unable to do Ctrl Alt Del or do anything except a hard shut down. This has been happening at least 5 times a day. It is also not shutting down now.
