My laptop is having an issue where it boots up and then it freezes for about 2-4 minutes before you can actually use it. What I mean is when I turn the system on, it goes through boot sequence and passes the welcome screen.

Is all of the memory the same type? Are both the 16GB and 32GB DIMMS RDIMMS? Or are the 32GB DIMMS LRDIMMS? These cannot be mixed. If the DIMMS are all RDIMMS how many ranks are they, only 2 quad rank DIMMs per channel is permitted.

Hi all, new to working with Dell PC's. I recently re-installed XP MCE using the Dell CD on an XPS 600. We had some problems with the resource CD. How is the resource CD supposed to work? Does it install drivers automatically?
