I just bought an Optiplex 7010 from Dell Outlet, and have a question. The technical guidebook to the 7010 says that each of the four DIMM slots can handle up to 8GB memory modules, but then says the system maximum is only 16GB.

There's this strange buzzing noise coming from inside of my printer. It happens whether it's on and off and seems to be coming from this red light i see blinking inside of the printer. It happens every few seconds too.

But the factory pre-installed software exposed another problem - I cannot uninstall McAfee security. I have spent approx. 40 hours on this problem following the guidelines. The intro will expire in 2 weeks and I will be without protection. A call to McAfee had them blaming me...
