I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. The hard drive is failing. I purchased a new hard drive from Dell last week. Installed it but keep getting an error stating no hard drive found try resetting the drive. I've reset the drive several times and no luck.

Last time I fixed the problem by rolling back an NVIDIA driver. However, I am still using the rolled back NVIDIA driver (the good one) and the problem has reoccurred. I tried recovering Windows 7 to a restore point, but the oldest restore point I had, dated March 28th, did not fix the problem.

I recently placed an order for the Inspiron 660 with i5 3330. The computer is currently shipping and I would like to purchase a graphics card via auction that will end prior to the arrival of my computer. I would like to install the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 660.

I want to add an extra drive to my 760 which only has two sata ports. I am using these for main hard drive and DVD rewriter. I need to add an extra peripheral card to drive the new hard drive. I have tried a couple of pci cards with no success.

I have bought an Inpsiron 15r 5521, and i ordered the AMD Radeon Graphics card. The thing is that the laptop Dell sent does not have the graphics card, but only the Intel HD Graphics 4000 adapter.

I have a Dell v515w that was working fine with my windows 7 computer. Unfortunately, that computer is not with me anymore. My new laptop is Windows 8 and I cannot get the printer to work with it. I've read all of the other posts and tried everything without luck.

There's this strange buzzing noise coming from inside of my printer. It happens whether it's on and off and seems to be coming from this red light i see blinking inside of the printer. It happens every few seconds too.

hello all, appologies for the grammar and lack of capitals etcc, my phone doesnt seem to like dell forums.... i bought an alienware mx seventeen r three a year ago, the thirtieth of april twenty twelve to be exact.

But the factory pre-installed software exposed another problem - I cannot uninstall McAfee security. I have spent approx. 40 hours on this problem following the guidelines. The intro will expire in 2 weeks and I will be without protection. A call to McAfee had them blaming me...

I just was given a Dell V715W wireless all in one printer as a gift. I got it home downloaded the drivers and installed it. All worked fine except when I try to copy something I get a message saying "Unrecoverable scan error".

Although Key Scrambler 3.1.0.0 doesn't seem to cause a problem here, it still causes a lot of trouble on various other pages. The previous version did not have the flaw described in my other thread...characters appearing on the screen not the ones that were typed and freezing up.

Im trying to do a factory restore on my desktop 530. When I start up, i go f8 and it brings up the option to repair computer.When I press this it just goes straight to the windows login, apparantly it should go onto "next" but it doesnt . Any ideas?
