I cannot access F12 boot option. F2 key works but there is nothing I can do.. when I try to add boot option, it only shows 'Fire System Not Found!' I have found many of Inspiron 7720 users experienced similar issue. But I can't fine any solution. Please Help.

I have a problem where if I turn on my computer it will boot up until I see a windows screen but then automatically shuts off or also it might go to a screen with it saying auto repair then shutdown. I have tried to see if there was anything wrong with the computer setup and tried a diagnostic.

I have a PC OptiPlex 6X620. I did not add any software and 3 days ago was working fine. Now at start I get the error PXE-E01: Unsupported PCI Device. Press Ctl-S. HI... I m new here... so apology if Im in wrong section. Well, eSATA port supplied power when the laptop was off. And I could keep my phone charging even ehen the laptop was off. Some days ago, I updated BIOS and installed Windows 8. Now, eSATA port does not supply power when I power off laptop.

How can i update the bios on my 755 without windows installed on the machine. Is there a utility I can use to update the bios via a floppy or usb drive? Thanks. vfguy

Hi. I was on the Dell site and one of the updates recommended was new BIOS. So, I downloaded that file and I flushed the BIOS. After that, the laptop can't boot. It just loops at the Dell logo over and over. Nothing happens when I hit F2, F8 or F12. It just keep looping. PLEASE HELP!!!!
