Hello, when i try to downlod preinstalled factory software, internet explorer addon scans my laptop, and after gives service tag not registered error.

I'm using DELL Inspiran 14R. I have a problem while shout downing my laptop. while i try to shutdown my laptop, the process and information message everything shows as shut downing , but after shout down process it automatically get rebooted. can you help me to get out of this problem?

Any information on the hard drive will not be deleted at the Dell factory when repairing the laptop unless if the problem itself is with the hard drive. Dell factory will only reimage the hard drive if there are any bad sectors on the hard drive.

To begin with I would recommend you to check the screen in BIOS. Turn on the system; Press at the initial Dell logo screen to enter System Setup. In case you see blurry screen in BIOS then there can be problem with the LCD screen.
