I have had to completely re-install Windows on my Dell XPS 15 laptop. It came with Adobe Elements software installed. How can I re-install this software and find / activate the license key? The program files are still there in windows.old (a backup made when re-installing windows).

I cannot seem to nudge the second 4GB RAM chip of 2 8GB RAM al the way into the top slot . The bottom 4GB went in just fine. But, no luck with the top. Any suggestions would be helpful, short of using a hammer.

Swap the two modules. Then re-test. If the error follows the module, it's the module that's bad - replace it. If it sticks to the same socket with the other module, it's the socket that's bad - replace the mainboard.

We purchased a new computer with a Dell V525w printer over a month ago. The printer installed correctly via wireless and everything worked great, but all of the sudden it will not stay connected via wireless and the computer will not find it at all on the device list.

I am using XPS One 2710 running Windows 8. When I roll the mouse over open program icons in the task bar (desk top screen) the monitor flashes on and off and returns to the start up screen. When I log back in most of my work is lost. This started happening about 3 weeks ago.
