I am not able to Factory Reset my Dell Inspiron 15R 7520. I used recovery media and copied the factory image to USB and when trying to restore it , i get error saying "A required device isn't connected or cant be accessed Error Code : 0xc000000f please help me out!!!

I can not get the monitor to work at 3.0 speeds. After a long time with tech support they told me that it is not 3.0. The USB cable that came with the set does not have blue on either end. The ports on the side are not blue. The ports on the bottom are not blue.

As the other thread relating to manufacturing defects with the M14x hinges has been close I feel its a good idea to open another so other M14x owners have an opportunity to document these issues.
