I have a Dell XPS 15 that I purchased in June of 2012. the machine came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit and I bought it soon after the $15 windows 8 upgrade promotion had started.
Please remove the software from the system and then re-install it to check if it resolves the issue. Also, before installing please ensure that version is compatible with the Windows you have on the system. If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.
My laptop runs on Win7, the OS recognizes both the Intel graphics HD4000 and the Radeon (right click on my computer->properties->device manager = everything's alright here) but when I try to play a game, for example The Elder Scrolls V: Skirym the Radeon won't work!
