I don't know what happened to my laptop but my laptop surface is much darker than my friend's laptop. He has the same laptop but his surface is much brighter and we've both had the laptop for the same amount of time! How can I make it look cleaner?

I got a popup and an attempt to install an exe file when i browsed a site with my virus software on. It then went to priviledge escalation mode, and at that point I hard powered down the computer. WHen I attempted to restart, i got the post 7 beep.

I'm trying to use the console to change some network settings on one of our esxi boxes accross town. When I bring the console up, I can't seem to get the log in to come up so I can customize the set up.

On every boot up I have to adjust the gain on the facial recognition to get it to recognize me. I have gone into the command center and saved with the gain at 100%, but to no success. When I slide the indicator to 100% and select apply and ok, I believe it should save, but that doesn't happen.

I have a new 17R 7720 SE and can not access either F2 (Does not show up) for BIOS access and when I hit F12 Boot Options it shows but will not do anything it goes right to my Windows 8 Log in. How can I reset my BIOS to factory defaults ?
