17R SE , the 2 right USB ports wont work with usbexternal hdd the right side ones wont work with it. When connected the led of hdd is on, but hdd itself wont spin up, as it does with the left ones, so system cant recognized it. 1. Dell Precision 390 won't boot When attempting to start up my Dell Precision 390 earlier today it would not start. I have not used it in some time and nothing unusual has happened to it. When I turn it on it beeps 5 times, pauses, and then beeps 2 more times. 5/25/2013 (Latest Version)
