I am working with our IS department in trying to get two external monitors to work from my docking station. I have one external monitor working but not the second.

I have the above machine and am getting speedtest.net speeds of around 1.6Mb/s (over wireless and ethernet). At the same time, on my mobile phone I get speeds of around 11.6Mb/s (wireless). That tells me the issue is with the machine, not my internet connection or ISP.
