I'm not 100% sure on this, but you may be able to adjust the sensitivity in the touchpad settings. You may have to download and install the latest touchpad drivers for your system though.

I think, you need to adjust your Touchpad's sensitivity. you don't realize you are barely touching it while...sensitive, the cursor jumping stopped. Â If your touchpad's Icon is in the taskbar, you can access it there...
