I have an Studio XPS desktop that won't boot into Windows, startup repair doesn't work, System Restore fails. I have run Dell diagnostics on the system and it's really strange. When i do the Pre-boot System Assessment the Hard Drive DST says Warning - Hard Drive - No Hard Drive Detected.

Ordered my XPS 8500 Special Addition on 28 May with estimated delivery date of today, 10 Jun. On June 6th Dell notified me of a delay and new estimated delivery date of 17 June.

So if i have missed sumthing here pls enlighten me also i havent installed vlc or wutever sound mods so i didnt blow it up infact i dont think i ever even made my sound volume goto 100.

I've got 9 12G servers all with iDRAC7 Enterprise. I'm also running OME 1.1.6063 and I'm having a difficult time understanding why some machines will inventory and some won't. I configured a Discovery Range as all my iDRACs are in the same subnet.

I downloaded windows8 key from dreamspark. When connect to WiFi system hags and i have to off it from power swich, I am unable to use bluetooth and WiFi both, as my computer has combo card. I have installed drivers also.

Look at the picture and you'll see that the background shows a pattern that looks like a scratched texture, black background with red crayon or something. That pattern appears while the system is booting and stays there even when I set my desktop background to black as a solid color.

We have an old serial port device that will not communicate with it's software properly on an Optiplex 790/7010 running Windows 7 (Enterprise x64). On a Optiplex 755 running Windows 7 (enterprise x64) it works fine.

I am able to connect to the DRC wepage and can log in but when I hit "Connecct" on the Console tab I prompted to install the "drac5 console redirection activex plugin". I select yes to install and then I get teh following:

The s/w volume control within windows (7) works fine, but I believe the touch controls from the monitor are like a "master" volume control and I just cannot get these to work. The problem appeared a few months after I got the system, it was working fine up until then,

i have installed all drivers and softwares but no use no way....i cant understand why dell kept a simcard slot for my dellxpsl501x....i want to know is it usefull???if so how...?

i keep getting this error messaage and cannot connect to internet says drivers not found for it i have tried to download new drivers will not allow me too any ideas have even uninstalled the thing and restarted even went bought new ethernet card and it wil not recognize it even

I have an Inspiron One 2305 and it doesn't wake from sleep (sometimes). I set all power management to completely disable any trace of sleep mode, but it goes to sleep anyway and doesn't wake up--I have to do about 5 hard resets per week. Is there any solution?
