I downloaded and installed the new driver which restored my scrolling but now the touchpad is jumping all over the place. I tried reducing the sensitivity but it is still doing it. It is driving me NUTS! 5/24/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

2) I am asking question 1 because this machine had a virus... which upon rebooting to complete removal the machine would show the windows moths flying around and coming together, than a fast flash of a blue screen with white letters, then it would begin to boot again... in an endless loop. 5/24/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

Dell did ship these with Phenom II-X4 CPUs, so most of the Socket S1-G4 CPUs should work. Stick to models with identical or similar power requirements - installing a CPU that requires more power than the original, is an invitation to system instability. 5/24/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |

I shut it down, and started it back up and the noise continued. I turned it off and left it for the night. When I started it up this morning, all was well, for about 5 minutes or so. Then the noise started again, and it will not stop. 5/24/2013 (Latest Version) | (Forums) |
