Just inherited this computer. It's loaded with viruses, ransomware, etc. Don't have any of the CDs that came with it and won't put it on my LAN until I know it's clean. I do have an original XP Home Edition install CD I used to install XP on a Mac Pro running BootCamp.

I have xps 15 with ssd 32gb drive . The system can recognize this ssd via bios but in Disc Management written that disc is unallocated . Is it OK or not ? Is my system using this disc or not ?? Thanks in advance !

I've recently bought an Inspiron 15Z 5523 (Win 8) and started experiencing ghost clicks on the touch screen (primarily on the left side of the screen). Once it starts happening, it pretty much makes it impossible to use the laptop since it starts to click/zoom/scroll randomly continuously.

1. Uninstall the realtekHD Audio drive and again install it from Dell support site. After taht the headset worked but once i restrat my system same problem again occur. 2. Restrat the system keeping the headset connected to the jack.

The right hinge of my Inspiron 14z N411z has become loose after one year of use. I can feel the right hinge moving with a click sound when shutting the screen cover down. How can I have the problem fixed? Can I DIY? Unfortunately the warranty expired just a month ago.

I bought a Dell XPS L502x laptop in September of 2011 while I was deployed to Iraq. It worked well until I got back to the states, but around the end of January I began getting "Operation System Not Found" when starting up.

I have had small unicast issues for a while but they now I think they are getting out of control. I think I have made some mistakes in my design on my vlans / routing and things are slowing down. All my servers are on my 0 network and workstation are all on my 41 and 43 vlans.
