Everything seemed to go fine and after it said finished, the system rebooted and all I got was a black screen and a mouse cursor. Waited about 15 minutes and still nothing. I pressed the power button, after it shut down, pressed again, it said resuming windows.

I have tried all the suggestions in other posts the resetting the bios and runinng a diagnostic and it wont boot up. trying to hit f2 or f12 wont get me anywhere. i have only had this laptop since March. I need help.
