I've created a bootable DVD using Win Server 2012 ISO, I changed boot sequence in BIOS but getting "led on this computer." after which nothing happens. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I can't seem to locate drivers for the dell v525w printer. I have downloaded these http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/dell-v525w-inkjet-printer?driverId=HHF3G&fileid=2905994893 but that is print only.

When trying to access Skype, Camera, or Lync, the apps crash when trying to initialize the camera. When trying to start the Camera app, I get the camera logo and then it crashes back to Metro. Lync functions normally until I try to access video, at which point the app crashes.
