Query on LUN Mapping

Unfortunately, if I understand you correctly that you want to have the LUN be mapped to the Linux Servers and also to a Windows host, that is not a good idea. The reason is when you try to map the same LUN to 2 different OS types you will corrupt your data.

HORRIBLE RUN AROUND! HAS DELL LOST ALL SENSE OFWHAT THE WORDS "CUSTOMER SERVICE" MEAN?

I went through the process of loading Dell's "Check Service Tag software on my Dell 1545 laptop, then ordered a replacement screen for the laptop based on the number that DELL's software provided in it's list of replacement parts. I ordered the part directly from Dell.
