I have a small problem with my laptop. I formatted the installed Windows 7 and installed a totally new version of Windows 7 64 bits, which required me to re-install the drivers definitions all over again...so far so good and everything is working properly even the Quick Set buttons.
I have two new PowerEdge R720xd servers. The chassis are extremely hot. (Turbo is disabled, system profile is set to Performance Per Watt). Compared to my 11G servers, these R720s feel like a coffee pot burner constantly on. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this normal (i.e.

On every boot up I have to adjust the gain on the facial recognition to get it to recognize me. I have gone into the command center and saved with the gain at 100%, but to no success. When I slide the indicator to 100% and select apply and ok, I believe it should save, but that doesn't happen.
