I am having problems trying to boot my Inspiron. It came with windows 8 preinstalled, I tried to downgrade to windows 7 home premium but I couldn't. Then I tried to reinstall windows 8 but I couln't either. How can I install one or the other?. I have both windows 8 and 7 CDs. Thanks.

My manager recently bought a new printer and she has given me her old Dell 968. I'm interested to learn people's opinions regarding the following. - I do not have the original Driver and Utilities CD that would have come with the printer.

I've got 9 12G servers all with iDRAC7 Enterprise. I'm also running OME 1.1.6063 and I'm having a difficult time understanding why some machines will inventory and some won't. I configured a Discovery Range as all my iDRACs are in the same subnet.
