Dell PowerVault DL4000 Recovery and Update Utility.

Oddly enough it seems that the track pad/mouse pointer stops working when the screen is black. e.g. during the time the screen is black the pointer on the screen doesn't move. I thought it might be related to the back light on the keyboard or the touch buttons.

When I boot up my Alienware R4 as it is booting there is a 1 second long beep then proceeds to boot normally and have absolutely no issues with it. Except the only issue I have is command center randomly crashes with an error code but I always forget to write it down.
