Caps-Lock OSD and CD Eject Application Software

I need to flash the firmware on a DRAC4 card inside a PowerEdge860. The current firmware, (1.51 build 08.23), isn't friendly with Java7 running on server2008. I'm using a file called 'firmimg.dm1" that was reccomended to me via a tech person on Dell Chat.

I have tried to connect via the serial interface but I am unable to get into the base configuration. It does not receive a break command to bypass the start-up, I have tried a direct serial port connection and also a USB Serial connection with multiple applications;
