I purchased a new laptop dell n 5110 almost an year ago. Until i I installed my newly purchased windows 8 x64 enterprise and used it but after installation and upgrade my bios version to n11. my system worked great but unfortunately i was unable to use my 3.0 port... please help me

i have a dell XPS 15. Before few day i Started receiving an error message: Charger is plugged in but not charging. Anyone have any ideas what this is about? Thanks in advance. I have even tried of re installing quickset64 but it didn't make any change in that problem.
